How do I download an Instagram Reel on my phone?
Open the Instagram app and find the Reel you want to keep. Tap the Share (paper plane) icon and choose Copy link. Then open VidPull in your browser, paste the link into the box at the top of this page and press Download.
After a few seconds you will see the video with the formats that are available for that post. Pick one and press Save. On Android the file goes to your Downloads folder and usually appears in your gallery or file manager. On an iPhone, open the Files app and look in Downloads, then save the video to Photos if you want it there.
How do I download an Instagram Reel on a computer?
Open the Reel in your browser and copy the address from the address bar. Paste it into VidPull, press Download and then Save. The video is saved to your Downloads folder.
Which quality will I get?
VidPull shows only the qualities that really exist for the post, for example 1080p or 720p. The list depends on what the creator uploaded, so a Reel that was uploaded in low quality cannot be saved in high quality. If the post has sound, you can also choose to save only the audio.
